You will be:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care
- Administer medication and treatments in line with policy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
You will need:
- Valid NMC registration
- Post-registration experience in an acute or community setting
- Up-to-date mandatory training and enhanced DBS
